Yup, I use both. Ahamkara for PvP and Obsidian Mind for PvE.

Apotheosis Veil I use for Sunsinger, as I don't have Light Beyond Nemesis, but that's when I want to be a higher level as my HoPF hasn't been ascended yet.

IMO, HotPF is overrated. The boost to cooldowns just seems very dismal. I guess the Heavy Ammo is good but you can get that from boots and stuff. I'll stick with my Apotheosis Viel.

I don't have any boots that supply heavy yet, so it works when I'm okay being a lower level.
