No it doesn't. The hammer on the Rhino is false. It's a manual cocker. Nothing more. It doesn't function as a standard hammer because the weapon is fired by a secondary cam system that is concealed within the frame. I've explained this on multiple occasions, and yet people still refuse to look through other posts to see if it's been mentioned before (it has), and see if there are any counter-arguments (there are).
