Are there Queen Primaries with Elemental Damage?
I have yet to see any drop but I thought I heard they existed. Anyone know?

No... The Queen's Guard Primary Weapons (purple/pink colored ones) do not have Elemental damage... no matter what level you run PoE at. Planet Destiny has a good list of the HoW Weapons & Gear... http://db.planetdestiny.com/houseofwolves
