We're all running low on weapon parts

I have a simple solution. Allow us to trade armor materials for weapon parts. I have 578 hadronic essence and only 5 weapon parts left. They're just going to sit there. Let us convert them / trade them for weapon parts, dudes! Rerolling is one of the best parts of the DLC. Let us enjoy it. Help us enjoy it. Build new code so we can enjoy it. EDIT: You dimwits are all saying the same thing. "I have a 1000 weapon parts". You also suck at math and closely behind that, reality: - They have cranked up the drop rate of legendaries. - Trials and the prison are dropping legendaries - they've increased the marks we get for PVE and PVP - that last point means we can buy guns more often - lastly, nearly every gun starts off with sorta lame perks - that means you're going to reroll Unless you get lucky on the first few rolls you tend to blow through weapon parts at about 80 per "I'm happy with this weapon". Sometimes it may cost 150 parts. Who knows? My point is that all of you "Stop building the ark. It's never going to rain" ass hats, WILL run out of weapon parts. That's why I'm suggesting an armor materials trade for them. As for the super nerds with three characters and 4000 parts, congrats on overplaying Destiny to an obese and borderline immoral degree.

  • You're the first person I've ever heard to not have enough weapon parts. To that effect, you really shouldn't use words like we're, us, etc in your feedback posts. Tends to overgeneralise and put readers on the defensive, most people don't like being put into groups or told that they're running low on parts when they're most assuredly not. Clutters up a thread to no end and makes it near impossible to get either support or constructive criticism, which subsequently makes the thread pretty much useless. Just a tip for any future feedback you may decide to make. That being said, there's really no need for any sort of material exchange outside of maybe allowing a mark-mats trade. It's extremely easy to get the stuff with a bit of effort, and you only need to get a roll right once before you start stockpiling them again. Given that a perfectly rolled weapon tends to be good regardless of type and whatnot, it's typically worth the effort of farming if low on mats.
