4.) It's an alternate reality audio series set in the Halo universe. It takes place between Halo 4 and Halo 5 and tells the story of Benjamin Giraud, a war journalist tasked with doing an expose on the Master Chief by ONI.

Sorry from what I heard the portal to the ark was buried there and humanity was supposed to use it and then unite with the prophets race. But maybe thats false

Ah. As I suspected, you're thinking of an old theory that the Forerunners wanted to recreate the alliance between the San 'Shyuum and humans, so they placed a Keyship on Janjur Qom, and a portal generator on Earth, making the two work together to get to the Ark. This theory has been defunct for a while now.
