Ok so Skolas is a pain in the ass this week for sure. But some of my friends have managed to take him down with only Rocket Launchers. I just reforged a Dreamwaker and got what I think will help do the job. What you want is Arc of course with clown cartridge - javelin - tracking. Confined launch is a great perk to have. I still have faith in sniping him that keeps him at a distance for a good amount of time. Good luck guardians.
