Super Meat Boy and Devil May Cry 3 - Dante Must Die mode and then going through Heaven and Hell without dying once. I never played Ninja Gaiden but I hear that's supposed to be amazingly hard. The Souls games aren't as difficult as people make them out to be. If you watch for patterns and take your time instead of rushing in you won't die as much. I had a chat with someone once who died 50 times on a Capra. 50 bloody times. I thought I did badly with 7 deaths.
