If the tube mag has any rounds in it, then loading it mid cycle, there is already a round in the firing chamber, so you would eject that round out of the gun. Replacing the magazine when reloading any gun, I had to learn to wait for the magazine numbers to show instead of the actual magazine to be placed in the gun. Because if you don't, you apparently take the mag back out if you reload cancel at that time. Drives me crazy. Rocket launchers. Everything. The slow reload speed on hand cannons.
