The initial impact of lightning grenade takes off a guardian's shield, one or two more blasts kill them, not to mention they can start with 2. In one of dpj's top 5 vids there are at least 2 clips where strikers with arma kill an entire team with two grenades at the beginning of control matches, it can last even longer with a perk, aftershock I think it's called but not sure.
