My buddy who plays Destiny with me a lot said that it was a guaranteed exotic drop if we used the key for the big chests in the treasure room for level 32 PoE. He had stated that Bungie claimed that it was a guaranteed drop, however when he opened it he did not receive an exotic, then proceeded to cry and complain about it. My question is, did Bungie ever make the claim that there would be a guaranteed exotic drop for PoE lvl 32? And if they did where would I be able to see it for myself?
