If the laws are still in place and havnt been changed they have to have a special licence to make realistic guns in a game... I could be wrong but I know when cod first came out they got in trouble cuz the guns were too real. But that was a long time ago so it could have changed. It was a tactic so a kid couldn't pick up a gun and know how to use it right away

Nope. You need permission from some firearm manufacturers to use the real-world designs and names of their weapons in a game. Which is why you'll see many guns in otherwise realistic games that have nonsensical/inaccurate names. It has nothing to do with whether or not the design of a gun in a game is logical.

Oh well now I know :-P thanks for at least correcting me politely lol my only other ideas are A) they don't know or don't care about realistic looks Or b) if the game is supposed to go on for 10 years like they say then the lvl 20 guns we are using now could just be the crappy ideas they came up with so they have others to put out with every expansion. Cuz I think ascending the same guns repetitively would get old fast.
