I just completed my very first Flawless run of the Trials of Osiris less than an hour ago on my Warlock. Hadn't had any success recruiting randoms, so I post a thread on the forums begging for help from Flawless players. A lot of random jerks gave me the usual "git gud scrub" BS, but a few guys actually said they were willing to help... and the one I ended up with? Turns out he and his friend have completed Flawless runs of the Trials of Osiris over a dozen times. Basically, after they did it on all of their characters, they went on to helping other players to complete flawless runs of the Trials; in fact, I think they went straight to helping another player right after they finished with me. I don't know about you, but I think that is AWESOME, and incredibly selfless that these guys would spend their whole weekend just helping other players to beat Trials of Osiris. I'd give a proper shout-out to them, but there's that rule about not posting other player's gamertags on the forums... Kudos to my new friends for helping me out.
