No. And if so, explain how just tracking rounds beats tracking rounds AND cluster bombs?

3 round mag and a better blast radius and velocity. The tracking is also better on truth

Big blast radius? So you are saying less damage to more enemies is OK? Oh and velocity doesn't matter much to me.

I prefer using rocket launchers for taking out mobs of enemy's. And it's equipped on my hunter if you want to see its stats.

Ok. I usually prefer to use rockets to kill bosses or high ranked enemies, sometimes for taking out multiple smaller targets.
