Not for crota

I realize why you'd say that but trust me, defiantly for Crota.

It's more most warlocks mentality I've met some good ones that I trust but to many slip into the safety net of no fear I can't die cod I have self res I love one or 2 for orb generation if they aren't aholes but can't live without hunters and Titans for Crota so that's why I feel this way

Exactly, you shouldn't act that way just because you can res. The oversoul is still the oversoul. But when a guy goes down its good to know he's a Sunsinger and you've still got a full party of six to take down crota. That being said, it's good to have a mixture of all classes. 2 Titans, 2 hunters etc... However, if you've ever had a Sunsinger swordbearer go down on your team and resurrect just to kill crota and save the day, then you can talk to me again and why Sunsingers are so bad for the crota raid. All classes are great and each has their own potential.

Happened to me just earlier. My group was running Crota, and I was sword bearer for the first time. I accidentally stayed a swing too long and got killed, I self rez'd then helped destroy the Oversoul and went on to kill Crota on the next sword rotation. Got myself a Black Hammer for it.
