Helm of Saint-14 is really good as well but it isn't the end all for Titan exotics. The real reason Helm of Saint-14 is good is you get supers up every minute or so, could be less because of how broken Inverse Shadow is. Not very many helmets in the game have raw INT and Inverse Shadow.
