Aquired through the new House of Judgement vender, the judgement's chance can be obtained by trading one armor core and weapon core. This we know. My confusion is with the discription. It says it provides a chance to drop Prison of Elder gear but does not say how or where. Does it allow a chance when in the prison? Or is it more like a faction package, open and recieve a reward?
