Someone will get shafted
No matter what time you release something at someone is going to get shafted as I said.
Let me run this down in something you should have understood in kindergarten.
There are 24 hours in a day
24(5) time zones
Time zones are 1 hour away from eachother
There is no time when it isn't 1:?? Or any other hour out of the day.
