I did the 4 Queen missions as well and did get some grimour but not Mercury and nowhere . I think I jumped up some but not 45.
I know I got some other cards during the same runs. Hunter kills ect.
Thoughts?

Mercury was automatically awarded after you downloaded the update. A card didn't pop up on the screen, but you still receive the five Grimoire.

Should I have the card on the app ? Says card not acquired

You're right. I didn't check first. It was only awarded to Guardians who already had the Mercury ghost fragment. You didn't have it before the update, so you didn't automatically get the Mercury Grimoire card : (

Look up http://destinyghosthunter.net/ It'll show you where all the ghosts are.
