I'm seeing classified on people's accounts, their characters etc. My own characters say Classified and some clans shows up as Classified. I'm not sure why this is but this started fairly recently, after a lengthy time period when I could not load anything on the app. Edit:Fixed it. Uninstalled and reinstalled it
