It's alright. There is no easy way to fix people who abuse final round. Nerfing special ammo drop would be a bad idea. Reducing final round dmg makes the perk obsolete. All we can do now is suck it up until some genius comes up with a good way to balance it.

Hmmm... Make it to where Final Round activates only after getting 2 headshots(or 4 or 5... Depending on how much ammo you clip starts put with.) Better?
