That may be your experience but every major gaming news outlet agrees the PSN has vastly more downtime. I'm gonna go with their facts rather than your opinion. This isn't about my console being "better." Cuz it isn't. Both have strengths and weaknesses. Sony, with a long history of hardware development, has made a console with slightly better technical specifications. Microsoft, a software developer, has made a console with a slightly better operating system and more reliable connectivity. Which one should people buy? The one their friends play on and that has exclusives they like.
