I think I'm 37 with DO on my Hunter and I've gotten all the shaders twice and just got the ship last rank up.
I'm kidding. I've only gotten The Hanged Man three times. Once around 12, in the mid 20's and then again in the mid 30's.
I saw a guy on YouTube who was rank 100 and he had unlocked everything by 63. A friend of mine got Revenant at rank 8. It's all random.

I know, all my characters combined I think I've ranked up around 70 times. 30 more would take some serious grind. And I watched that vid at least a month ago.
