Look, yes, they don't require a lot of skill. But that article essentially says to take advantage of what is effective. Eventually giving everyone the chance to get those weapons means that the field gets balanced in terms of tools. Its just the skill that comes with everything else in the game that determines the how well they are used. Why doesn't everyone do as well as WishYouLuck? Because skill, time, and practice.
