I didn't mean weeping, the phrase was "crying out to the heavens," just a synonym for speaking with passion with a little religious flavor that served the analogy. Thanks for actually taking the time to read it though, seriously; trying to have a legitimate exchange of ideas on Internet forums is a monumental task almost always, it's always a pleasant surprise when it turns out to not be entirely futile!

I understand, you did put up a good amount of arguments! I agree that there are a few factors not having anything to do with the weapons stats. But that still has nothing to do with its extraordinary long range. And i'm only asking the makers of this game who wanted balanced pvp to make this gun more in line with what they envisioned.
