Helm of Saint 14+Armamentarium+Ruin Wings+Mk 44 Stand Asides.= Holy Freakin Tank. Description: This looks really stupid but it works. Perk name. Tanks a lot. Bubble blinds, more heavy drops, recharge grenade every time you pick up ammo, and grants shoulder charge to Defenders.
