This got into all topics for some reason. I'm the founder of Social Drinkers but let me fill you in a bit (trying to help, not recruit) Starting a clan is hard on any console. It's best to have a fireteam you usually run raids with (6 people) to get a good start. This lets you all run around with the clan tag on to recruit as well as helps you get the achievements. Helping a lot of people is key. Accept those random invites and be helpful. Show them what your clan is about, don't say it, do it. Once you have a good base going recruit in the forums, on gamefaqs, even at work/school if you run into other gamers. But know that having a successful clan is difficult and there's a lot of people managing to do. Enforce the rules but don't be a jerk about it, people will lose respect for you if you're power hungry. Invite other clan members to your games and accept their invites all the time, that's what a clan is all about. Helping each other and having fun.
