5 hand cannon shots to kill but pulse rifles are okay? I've been.using hand cannons since launch and I've recently started switching to pulse rifles every now and then - I can fire off three hand cannon rounds in the same amount of time it takes me to fire off 3 pulse rifle bursts, but it only takes 2 pulse rifles to the head to kill and 3 hand cannons to the head to kill - you want that bumped up to 5? Making the pulses time to kill over twice as fast as the average hand cannon especially when they have arguably more range since the HC range nerf a while back? You crazy, you want hand cannons unusable
