A lot of this is on the right track. I like that you acknowledge exotics, they should still feel exotic. A little slower time to kill would make for more gunplay. I really don't mind balancing as long as they don't take away what makes exotics that. Hawkmoon should always kill faster than a Redhand so to speak.
