As deej said a long time ago (and turned out to be right) these are just placeholders, no one knows what the end result of anything in this game will be until it's in the game. That said these do look cool, jumping whilst shoulder charging is awesome, shoulder charge is already way to op in pvp, but in pve these will work great when you want to have a laugh.
