As deej said a long time ago (and turned out to be right) these are just placeholders, no one knows what the end result of anything in this game will be until it's in the game.
That said these do look cool, jumping whilst shoulder charging is awesome, shoulder charge is already way to op in pvp, but in pve these will work great when you want to have a laugh.

Shoulder charge is "way too OP" in PvP? What, you can't kill a Titan running straight at you?

Being able to kill them makes no difference, that is not what op means, since you apparently don't know, it means overpowered, that means it's more powerful then anything else. And yes it is, it's the only melee in the game that is a one hit kill without a super and it doesn't even require your melee slot. And btw, I use shoulder charge.

It's not. Blink Strike plus Backstab also is. Overpowered does not mean "more powerful then (SIC) anything else". It means that it is "too strong". Huge difference. Should charge isn't OP, plain and simple. If you get killed by it and aren't taken by surprise, you really need to step up your game.

Shoulder charge doesn't require the use of a melee slot, and it is a one shot kill from anywhere, in any situation. You must live in crazy land, either that or you can't see.

My best hope is that maybe their perks is entirely a placeholder for something else entirely, it would be a shame for such a cool model to go in my vault and never come out (lol hardlight)
