1. If Operation Red Flag wasn't interrupted, what are the chances it actually would have been successful?
2. Did Headhunter Spartan III's wear SPI armor?
3. In Halo Legends the Covenant capture Dr. Halsey. Why did they do this? And when did this occur?

1. The hard part would be getting inside High Charity. If they could manage that without a civil war going on, I think they'd be able to pull it off. 2. No. 3. They captured Dr. Halsey because her SPARTAN-II body guard sacrificed her life to protect her. This lead the Covenant to realize they had stumbled upon something very special. This occurred in 2544.
