I like the reading comprehension skills of everyone, i said destiny forum, which in no way has it been around since halo 2.

It's funny that you mention reading comprehension skills when the guy you responded to wrote "these forums" and didn't mention Destiny. The b.net forums have been here for a long time.

He didnt have to, we are in the destiny forums, by not specifying bungie or destiny it is assumed that it would be destint forums, since we are in them. It would be like saying these basketballs but you actually mean basketballs from the clippers

Within the context of his final sentence, it was obvious to what he was referring. By all mean, continue to grasp at straws, though.

Actually by the context it isnt clear, if someone doesnt know when halo 2 came out they may not know destiny came out much later, and people would also assume that being in the destiny forums, unless otherwise stated, you would talk about destiny forums when saying these forums. But by all means keep trying to say it should be assumed he is talking about something else

Definition of this(in case you didn't know these are a plural of this), used as a pronoun. The specific thing would be the destiny forum, as it wouldn't make sense to say the thorn forum, and destiny forum is what this thread is in, therefore in this case these=destiny.

But I guess it's my fault that I didn't show it was a joke more. Moral of the story:Don't assume I don't understand you, it's not like your intelligence level is high anyways.

And if you looked through my comments you would notice I have plenty of grammatical errors, ones that I simply don't care enough about to fix or make sure they are right. But why is it a problem to not have errors? Is it suddenly bad to speak properly?
