Based on the fact that the username for the youtube channel that uploaded the altered Ford commercial, Shar Eldy, is an anagram for Dr. Halsey, and that said video was hidden at the end of the latest Hunt the Truth episode, it seems more than a little likely that "Pharaoh" is none other than the good doctor herself.
