2 Questions - Opinions appreciated
Is the Hand Cannon from the Iron Banner worth the extra grind to rank up one more level if you already have The Last Word, Word of Crota and The Hawkmoon?
What's the best perks for joulder's hammer, if it's even worth messing with? (not typically a machine gun user) The current perks are: Kills with this weapon increase reload time and Increased Stability. (I already changed perks once)

1 ReplyYes the hand cannon fron Iron Banner is good 3 to 2 shot kill in PVP depending on the perks. It shoots slower than others. The heavy is good also depending on perks I have range finder perfect balance and crowd control on mine. It all depends on the reroll or drop you get. I spent alot on rerol of the scout rifle and finally got Firefly on it.
