With the nerfs to range and accuracy the Hand Cannons received, it can be difficult to land those headshots even from mid-range. This is coming from someone who has Thorn, but pretty much doesn't use it in Crucible in favor of trying different things. That and I can avoid the thorn pretty well. Use Suros or Red Death (usually Red Death) to counteract it.
