Seeing it now you posed an unanswerable questions for other handcannons to make yourself look brilliant.. In reality though, you look foolish as you chose to exclude the very thing that makes RNG so useful.. Once again. These weapons stand as viable alternatives just for HC, and there are multiple other weapons with two shot kills or even higher TTK... Sorry bud, you stand on shaky footing when putting biased parameters on your question.
