You know, I've been counting all the successful Spartan-II augmentees, and I noticed that there is still one more that hasn't been mentioned or named.

There's a few that haven't been named yet actually. There were 75 candidates who underwent augmentation procedures. How many actually died or were permanently paralyzed? We already know some of the extremities and deaths were covered up.
