It truly is sad that all of you people just can't shut up about this or keep this to one thread instead of adding another to the probably hundreds on this topic. All this shit is is nerf it it's op rather than something actually constructive like a way to supposedly make it balanced. Like a way that won't make it shit in pve again and not just a way to supposedly balance it for pvp. All the people like you cried about Suros and all auto rifles are shit for the most part now aside from a very select few. There are plenty of other guns that kill just as fast or faster, the thing that makes it unique is if someone can land 2 headshots and die they are guaranteed a kill because of the dot. I personally have never seen such a pathetic community that can't just adapt instead of crying for nerfs, and yes it is very possible for people to adapt, most just simply aren't willing to.

You have never seen "such a pathetic community" because you have never played an online game before. Look at Heathstone, DOTA, LoL, WoW, SCII, and pretty much every other online game out there, constant nerfs, constantly changing the meta, and ultra successful. Balancing and rebalancing is how games work.

No I've seen them because I've played a number of them, and no they aren't any where near as whiny or hateful as this one. I got a little heated which people are prone to doing, but the fact remains there is nothing constructive about this post at all. It'd be nice if someone were to offer an actual discuss able proposal instead of I died to this too many times today or this is just op and then calling out people that use said gun. I understand balance, the pulse rifle buff was amazing. The auto rifle nerf as a whole was uncalled for when not many were using them for end game content when scouts and handcannons were already better for that. I personally haven't thought of a way for Thorn to be more balanced, but fire rate and impact aren't one of them imo. Just simply sick and tired of threads like this and this is the one I decided to explode on.
