There are too many ways to interpret that...
As a Unix permissions bitmask it'd be 455 (owner:read, group|everyone:read|execute)
As ASCII it would be T1 but then why string 9 bits together?
Or as a straight number 301 in Decimal or 0x12D in Hex or 455 in Octal..?
