I used a VIII before TDB & it had Outlaw, Field Scout, & increased stability. Loved it! Sadly I dismantled it :(
Hopefully I can reroll the one I have now

You can only reroll weapons that are obtained after the expansion releases. All you can do with the one you have is being its attack to 365. My hope is that the V8, even though not sold, will still be available as a drop, similar to the way RedHand and Admonisher III is now.

Well that blows. Thanks for the info though! Hopefully NM will have some sweet new weapons
