Switching to Ps4!!! What now???

My ps3 sold so fast I still have whiplash! lol I'm curious though does that mean I need to switch to another clan of DoD??? Since I'll be playing on the Ps4? Or do they share the same servers???

All your progress will still be save as long as you use the same PSN account. Also you will still be in the clan
