Who would win?
I'm putting all my money on Goku.

"Let's compare a character from an anime where power scaling is non-existent then ask everyone if said now stupidly super powered character can beat ________ ." Pretty much every thread like this. Sure, Goku would probably win, but that's because DBZ is written like "Goku is best and anything that isn't what I say can hurt him can't hurt him, so unless they are from DBZ and use DBZ specific energy, they can't even touch him." This is basically like me saying "Hi, I made a character who can wipe existences with just a blink and nothing else to ever exist in any universe can hurt him unless I write it out to hurt him. Think he can beat ______?" Let's look at a different example. Bleach. In Bleach, Spirit Pressure can alone decide a fight, such as Kenpachi just being completely unaffected by Ichigo's sword because he just has so much more. By this logic, anyone without this spirit pressure wouldn't be able to do shit against Bleach characters. Unless we try to find a link between Ki and Spirit Pressure (who knows, they may be very similar). Personally, I never got into DBZ, I just sort of missed the train, and now, I look at it and think it's weird. I'm not denying that you're made up character of stupidly high power could beat another made up character that isn't supposed to be that overpowered, but that's what draws a lot of people to other things, like the Avengers. Not to mention that apparently death seems to mean nothing in the DBZ universe. We know other characters in other things can die. We know they probably won't, but we know that most of the time, the threat of death is a real threat, and they overcome their challenges by becoming a little better, not returning and suddenly being 80 times more powerful than the guy who "killed" them.
