I got one, rolled decent stats. Havent fired it but maybe once. see, it dropped AFTER 1.1.1. I kept my shadow price and v8(and suros obviously)
When it's un nerfed i'll level it up. i was never a fan of pve ARs though. But suros is fun so v8/shadow price should be good
