That's sounds horrible, I have heard others mention this before and I have also watched some T.V programs about sleep disorders.
In your case the stranger is your ideal woman or whatever you are into, they have come to fulfil some of your fantasies.

At least you don't get all the time. Never say never, it may be a symptom of another condition but you never know.
