They need significantly more power but far less range and accuracy. They must WRECK people at close range but suffer at longer distances. [i]Give them purpose.[/i] The pre-patch Halo 4 AR was a great example.
However, I voted "no" because I want everyone to suffer. Muahahahahahaaaa!
