A hunter is the crucible version of the easy button. I play all three classes in crucible. First warlock. Second titan. Hunter was the last. And it is by far the easiest class to do good with. Rarely do I get under a 2.0 with at least 15 kills on my hunter.

  • Coming from someone who's recent games are about the same, only with a lower overall k/d? Cute.

  • Firstly I've read your posts below and you're coming off a little jerky, but I understand you felt the need to defend yourself from what they said. Reading the posts it's easy to see the problem you two had. Saying you rarely get below 2.0 would suggest an average K/D much closer to 2.0, 1.6 suggests you frequently get around 2.0, but the majority of the time is slightly less. Secondly, you have significantly more games played on your Hunter. There has to be an element of practice in these discussions. Check out my stats, you'll see in some playlists I perform much better on my warlock than my hunter. I don't play my Titan in PvP because I'm just bad with it.

  • My warlock has over 330 crucible games and hunter under 200.... I like my warlock more. Voidwalker is more fun. Hunter's are just easier.

  • This community is so fucked up. Who cares what class is used. If anybody does good in this game people just find a way to bitch a moan about it.

  • You mean under a 1.6*

  • So you rarely get under a 2.0 but your k/d is 1.6.

  • Lmfao. Nice 1.2 no room for you to talk..... Anyway, once I got my hunter outfitted with decent gear, yes. I usually get a 2.0 or better. I never once said I had a 2.0 k/d. I said, and I'll put this in bold so you actually read it, I rarely get under a 2.0 with at least 15 kills Now, in case you can't read, that does not mean I have a 2.0 k/d. Mmmkay?

1.6 that's all I see. Now I'm seeing excuses on top of it.

  • Well good, all I see is an irrelevant 1.2 scrub.

  • Even though I agree with your point for Hunters, because it's true in my case also, he's pointing out that a lot of your recent matches are not at all 2.0+ and you seem to be boosting your stats. I wouldn't stress over it as much as you have been, man. Let it go.

  • I'm not inflating or attempting to flaunt my k/d like you were. And I have plenty of excuses as to why its at a 1.2. but I really don't care to defend my crappy k/d like you do.

  • Being in the top 11% is considered crappy? Nice to know you failed math. Stating a fact isn't flaunting btw, and the only thing inflated here is your ego.

  • Ego? Who's the one telling people they rarely get under a 2.0 while at this time they have a 1.6? I'm the one who admits to having a crappy k/d that's not egotistical scrub.

  • He's just pointing out that you just bumped up your k/d a little higher than it actually is. You're still great at crucible

  • That's the thing. I didn't say my k/d was a 2.0. I even stated the opposite. Ever since I started playing with a (leveled) hunter in the crucible, I get 2.0s nonstop. Only real problem is groups that are running together and the occasional person who's genuinely better than I am. My k/d is not a 2.0. That doesn't mean most of my games aren't. He doesn't get that.

There are always several factors going into kds that taint it such as screwing around and trying out new weapons, I never really try to judge based off kd. A good analogy is to skill level in battlefield. Mine could be 400 when I tried but would fall to 200 when my friends and I just c4 launched vehicles for a couple of hours straight
