The Imperium is a galaxy-wide empire my friend! We have many alliances with different planetary systems, and Perth was once a member state. We've been watching your operations for a while now. Not my forces, but overall Imperial Intelligence. You see, when we need jobs done well, we often turn to forces such as yours.
