That writing in the image could be easily faked by anyone with a pen and paper, sorry but I wouldn't count it as credible. If there were more distinguishing marks or evidence this came from Bungie/DeeJ then I might give it more consideration Besides the DLC content was subject to change, you also agree to these terms when you purchase(d) the DLC as well as accepting the EULA allowing you to play the game.
