I scanned that area. No women or children were present. Besides, you don't follow the Geneva convention, as Outlaw's stated many a time. I'm very careful in how I pick my targets. When I say "main base" I mean military, not residential.
Besides. I won't be taking over anything. I serve this planet's people, no one else. If you wish to accuse me more, please do. You leveled this city, and murdered civilians. Do you think I would be so foolish as to do the same to you?
