I finally got one yesterday. Go to the fist of crota mission. Clear the first area. Go to the next area. A blade of crota will spawn in. Kill it, if it doesnt give u one go back to orbit and repeat the same process. Took forever to get one to drop.

might be hard to get that now since the stopped the spawning of blades of crota

You can still play the fist of crota mission. I just don't get lucky with a drop
